About the Role
As our Trainee Parts Assistant, you will be a vital part of our busy depot operations. You’ll learn how to identify, catalog, and supply parts for top machinery brands, manage front-desk counter and telephone inquiries, assist with stock control, and ensure our trade contractors and retail customers get the right parts when they need them.
Key Responsibilities:

Identifying & Ordering Parts: Learning technical catalogs to select and order parts for industry-leading brands like Bobcat, Avant, and Stihl

Customer Service: Assisting customers over the trade counter and handling phone and email inquiries promptly

Stock & Logistics Management: Picking orders, processing incoming deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory across the warehouse

Team Collaboration: Working closely with depot staff and workshop technicians to ensure smooth parts fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:

Eagerness to Learn: No prior experience required—full on-the-job training provided; ideal for school/college leavers

Customer First: Good basic communication skills with a friendly, professional manner for trade counter interaction

Organized & IT Literate: Strong attention to detail with baseline computer skills to navigate inventory systems

About the Role
As our Hire Manager, you will be the core engine of our hire operations. You’ll manage day-to-day trade desk inquiries, coordinate equipment availability, manage customer accounts, and ensure our range of top-tier machinery and tools gets out to trade contractors and retail customers on time and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the front-of-house hire desk, processing trade and retail hire agreements.

Coordinating logistics and delivery schedules for plant, machinery, and tools.

Building strong relationships with existing trade clients and handling new inbound inquiries.

Working closely with workshop technicians to ensure high fleet readiness and safety standards.
