Salary: £30k + (depending on experience)

WORK WITH LEADING BRANDS
TVE are the authorised dealer for Bobcat and Avant in the South of England and also stock a wide range of well known brands for hire, such as Stihl. With over 3,000 items available for hire, we are a hub for renting out plant and equipment in the area, and you will be at the centre of it, with a passion for repairing garden machinery and small tools.
here's what you will be doing
- Service and repair garden machinery to meet standards set by Stihl and the Hire Manager.
- Liaise with customers and manage job registrations as needed.
- Work within a team environment.
- Complete job cards and allocate parts for each task.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop.
- Ensure machines are cleaned and ready for customer collection.
- Provide service support to other departments as directed by the Hire Manager.
- Handle customer and company property with care.
- Respond to domestic and professional customer call-outs, diagnosing faults and performing repairs.
- Attend training courses to stay up to date with product knowledge and compliance standards.

- Experience with a variety of garden and commercial machinery.
- Strong diagnostic skills for identifying faults.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean driver’s licence.
